Snow

It's snowing today here in Maine. This is the same storm that folks in PA and NJ had yesterday.

...Chad took a snowball hit in the back.

Jim said that the temperature in Nairobi was 85 degrees.

We have mud flaps on the main landing gear to keep mud off of the wings and tail, but they're not much use for dry snow.

We understand that, as promised, the FAA has granted the approvals for our tanking, but those papers are about 140 miles away at the FAA offices in Portland, ME. Chad and Mike are driving down to Portland on I95 to pick them up. They promised to drive carefully. Even if the paperwork had been here, we would not have been flying today because of the weather. Barry,

I used to hunt deer in the Moosehead Lake area of Maine. The snow brings memories back. Have a blessed and wonderful trip. I am sharing the web site with my "Flying friends". We are all praying for a safe trip.

Yosemite Sam is on SPK's mud flaps...the AIM-AIR/Sam's Purse Caravan in operation in Kenya. Chad, does Tweety Bird have any significance to the AIM-AIR/IMB Caravan? Hope you are on your way soon. Fly safe.
